Un ragazzo con lo stesso nome e la stessa data di nascita del figlio del presidente dell’Azerbaigian possiede 44 milioni di dollari di beni a Dubai. Anche per gli standard di una regione che celebra il lusso e la stravaganza, si tratta di qualcosa di eccezionale.

In appena due settimane il giovane milionario, di appena 11 anni, è diventato proprietario di nove ville sul lungomare della città. L’esborso equivale a circa 10 mila anni di stipendio di un cittadino medio del suo stato. Ma l’acquirente degli immobili appartiene a un’altra categoria.

Il suo nome, in base alle informazioni, è Heydar Aliyev, lo stesso del figlio di Ilham Aliyev, presidente dell’Azerbaigian. Anche la data di nascita è uguale, ma non arriva nessuna conferma ufficiale sul fatto che sia lui. I funzionari del governo rifiutano di commentare la notizia.

The Washington Post recently reported that a twelve year-old boy from Dubai bought nine waterfront mansions on Dubai’s luxury real estate development – Palm Jumeirah.

Over a two week period late last year, the then-11-year-old purchased the Palm Jumeirah properties for around $44 million.

The name of the boy has been determined to be Heydar Aliyev, according to records obtained from the Dubai Land Department. The boy is likely the son of Azerbaijan’s president, Ilham Aliyev.

The property records also show that the younger Aliyev, shares the same birthdate with is father, President Ilham Aliyev.

It’s unclear how such a large real estate transaction could take place. The Washington Post stated that the annual salary of President Ilham Aliyev is only $228,000.

That must be some piggy bank that Heydar Aliyev has. Hmmmm ……
